9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Light up Wethersfield with Christmas Eve luminarias with the Richard Keane Foundation

Wethersfield, Connecticut has made their town shine on Christmas Eve with luminarias for 42 years. Again this year, the Richard Keane Foundation is selling luminaria kits to make it easy to participate in this beautiful tradition.
Each luminaria kit includes a 14-hour candle, the special bag, and complete instructions. Kits cost $1.50 apiece. All funds raised via the luminaria sale will support the Keane Foundation 9/11 Memorial Sports Center, which honors Richard “Dick” Keane, who was killed in the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001 while on a business trip to the World Trade Center.
Kits can be purchased at Wethersfield Travel and will be available until noon on Friday, December 22, 2017. You can order your kits by calling 860-257-3775 and they will be waiting for you to pick them up.
If you light your luminarias at dusk on Christmas Eve, they will shine all night.
