9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. ‘Light Up Staten Island’ to honor those lost to COVID-19

The second annual Light Up Staten Island will be held in person and virtually on Saturday, April 10, 2021 at 6:00pm. The live event will take place at Turtle Circle in Midland Beach. The virtual event can be found on Facebook @TheVonAgency.
Light Up Staten Island began virtually in May of 2020 as a remembrance event for those who lost loved ones to COVID-19 and to show appreciation to medical personnel and other workers who have shown such courage throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
The event will begin with a prayer. There will be a chance for participants to share memories of those they lost.
At 7:30pm everyone will be asked to light a candle or shine a light while observing a moment of silence to pray or remember.
