9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. “Let’s Roll!” Motorcycle Ride, Greece, NY
September 7, 2013 @ 9:00 am - 9:00 pm
Operation Patriot Foundation’s “Let’s Roll!” annual motorcycle tribute ride was first held on September 30, 2001. This year’s ride will begin at Badgerow Park in Greece, NY on Saturday, September 7, 2013 (rain date – Sunday, September 8, 2013).
Registration will begin at 9:00am. Kickstands will go up at 11:00am.
The fee per bike is $25.00. Passengers pay $15.00.
The ride is just over 50 miles long and is accompanied by police escort. The route will take you through Hilton, Hamlin and past the 9/11 Memorial in Brockport before returning to the park where a brief ceremony honoring those in uniform will be held.
There will be food and music.
Funds raised will support Genesee Valley C.O.P.S. (Concerns of Police Survivors).
Please note: Due to last year’s rainout, the T-shirts will be from last year’s event.
