9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. The Hurricane Sandy Long Beach Oral History Project is looking for people willing to share their memories of the hurricane. Perhaps your story will one day help another hurricane victim. They will host an event at the Gentle Brew Coffee Roasters in Long Beach on Saturday, January 12, 2013, at 3:30pm.
