9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Laughter Saves Lives’ Virgina Larocchia “Almost Gala”

Laughter Saves Lives’ fifth annual Virgina Larocchia “Almost Gala” will be held on Saturday, November 23, 2010 at 6:30pm at Howard-Lathrop VFW Post #2307 in Lynbrook, NY.
General admission tickets cost $75.00, which includes dinner, entertainment by several comedians, and the honoring of Caryn Pfeifer and Jennifer McNamara, widows of Ray Pfeifer and John McNamara, both of whom died of site-related illness, and both of whom fought for health benefits for the others who are ill. All funds raised support Laughter Saves Lives, a non-profit that produces comedy shows to benefit first responders and veterans. All shows are done in memory of those killed in the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
