9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Laughter Saves Lives comedy show to benefit the FDNY Fire Transport Foundation and Friends of Firefighters

Laughter Saves Lives will present a comedy show to benefit the FDNY Fire Transport Foundation and Friends of Firefighters at Manhattan’s Gotham Comedy Club on Wednesday, June 29, 2016. Doors will open at 7:00pm, and the show begins at 7:30pm.

There is a $20.00 cover charge and a two-drink minimum.

The comics will be announced nearer to the time of the event.

The FDNY Fire Family Transport Foundation assists families of firefighters by transporting them and their families to and from medical institutions when illness or injury strike.

Friends of Firefighters provides wellness services and counseling to active and retired FDNY members and their families.

Laughter Saves Lives performs comedy shows for worthy causes. It was started by an FDNY firefighter who lost many friends in the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001.
