9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Kites for a Cure – fly a kite to end lung cancer nationwide

Kites for a Cure will be held throughout the United States on Saturday, June 26, 2021, 11:00am-12:00pm EDT. Fly a kite and participate in a Zoom event to raise funds for lung cancer research.

Kites for a Cure was created in memory of Elliot Chalmé A’H as Elliot’s Legacy. Elliot died of lung cancer in 2006 at the age of 56. In 2020, Kites for a Cure became nationwide virtual event to raise awareness and funds for lung cancer research.
