9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Laurie Tietjen, sister of the Kenneth Tietjen Memorial Foundation will be one of the honorees at the 180 Turning Lives Around Gala on Friday, May 8, 2020 in Rumson, NJ.

Port Authority Police Officer Ken Tietjen, 31, was killed in the line of duty at the World Trade Center while responding to the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001. The foundation in his honor does many good things, among them providing therapy horses.
