9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Keane Foundation Cove Side Carnival – Wethersfield, CT

Join the Keane Foundation for their eighth annual Cove Side Carnival from Friday, October 14, 2016 to Sunday, October 16, 2016.
As always, there will be food, fun, games and entertainment. A variety of both thrill rides and kiddie rides will be available. For the adults, there’s also an Oktoberfest beer and wine garden.
Operating hours are Friday, 5:00pm to 10:00pm; Saturday, 12:00pm to 10:00pm and Sunday 12:00pm to 6:00pm. Live entertainment Friday and Saturday from 7:00pm to 10:00pm by Mike Rau.

The Keane Foundation honors Richard “Dick” Keane, who was killed in the terrorist attacks of 9/11 while on a business trip to the World Trade Center at Marsh McLennan. Dick loved his large family, young people and sports. The Keane Foundation runs the 9/11 Memorial Sports Center for the youth of Wethersfield in his honor.
