9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Keane Foundation Cove Side Carnival

The 6th annual Keane Foundation Cove Side Carnival will take place from Friday, October 17, 2014 to Sunday, October 19, 2014 in Wethersfield’s Cove Park.
Carnival hours are Friday 5:00pm to 10:00pm; Saturday 12:00pm to 10:00pm and Sunday 12:00pm to 6:00pm.
There will be thrill rides and rides for children, old-fashioned games, great food (including the popular funnel cake), live music and Oktoberfest in the beer & wine garden.
As ever, admission and parking are free, a gift to the community from the Keane Foundation. Full-day passes for all rides are available.

The Keane Foundation honors Richard “Dick” Keane, 54, a Wethersfield resident killed in the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001 while at Marsh & McLennan on business. Keane was a friendly man who loved people, gardening and music.
