9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Josh Piver Scholarship Pig & Oyster Roast Fundraiser, Stonington, CT

The Josh Piver Scholarship Committee will hold a Pig and Oyster Roast Fundraiser on Sunday, June 26, 2022 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm at the Portuguese Holy Ghost Society in Stonington, CT.
The pig and oyster roast will be prepared by local restaurateurs Bill Middleton and Dan Meiser, with dessert by Grace Bayer and soft drinks. A cash bar will be available. The event will feature live music by Jeff Lewis and a silent auction.

Funds raised will benefit the Josh Piver Scholarship, which awards five $5,000 scholarships this year to Stonington High School seniors and also awards two $2,500 scholarships to Stonington High School alumni currently attending college.
Josh Piver, a Stonington High School graduate and soccer player, was 23 when he was killed in the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center, where he worked on the 105th floor for Cantor Fitzgerald.
