9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. The annual James A. Greenleaf, Jr. Memorial Scholarship Fund 5-K River Run for the Fund will be held at Ocean Beach in New London, CT on Saturday, September 10, 2022, at 9:00am.

Monies raised by the event will benefit James A. Greenleaf, Jr. Memorial Scholarship recipients attending their freshman year at Saint Bernard’s School.
The 5-K honors James A. Greenleaf, Jr., 32, a foreign currency trader with Carr Futures who was killed in the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001. A talented athlete and marathon runner, he was the “glue” that held his large group of friends together.
