9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. The 2014 IAFF Fallen Firefighter Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, September 20, 2014. Other events will take place from Wednesday, September 17, 2014 until Sunday, September 21, 2014
The mission of the IAFF Fallen Firefighter Memorial, which is located in the shadow of Pike’s Peak in Colorado Springs, is to honor the sacrifice made by IAFF members who serve as professional firefighters and emergency medical personnel who have given their lives in the line of duty.
