9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Holt 9-11 Hero Run, MI

On September 11, 2013 at 6:15pm, the 12th anniversary of the terrorist attacks,  American Legion Post 238 of Holt, Delhi Township Firefighters and Ingham County Sheriff’s Department will host the second annual Holt 9-11 Hero Run, a 5-K walk/run.

All  proceeds raised by the event will benefit the Wounded Warrior Project, the Great Lakes Childrens’ Burn Camp and the Ingham County Sheriff’s Department Honor Guard.

Participants will meet behind the Delhi Township Fire Department, run through the firehouse bays, through local parks and streets ending at the 9/11 Memorial at Holt Plaza.

The primary goal of the Holt 9-11 Hero Run is to bring the community together to remember the sacrifice all of our country’s heroes in uniform: military, police, firefighters and EMTs.
