9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Hockey Game to Benefit the Families of NYPD Officers Michael Colangelo and John Martinez

At 6:00pm on Sunday, June 24, 2018, there will be a charity hockey game at the Ice Rink at Bethpage between the NYPD Finest team and the NY Whalers, a team of both professional hockey players and retired NYPD officers. The game will honor NYPD Officers Michael Colangelo and John Martinez and support their families after the officers were both killed in a traffic accident after Officer Colangelo’s wedding.
Tickets are available at the door or from any member of the team. Children attend for free. Adults are asked for a $10.00 donation at the door.
