9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Groundbreaking Ceremony for the future Sara Low Memorial Dog Park – Batesville, AR

Ground will be broken for the future Sara Low Memorial Dog Park in Batesville, Arkansas on Thursday, February 6, 2020 at 4:00pm.

The park will be located on the north side of Chaney Drive, across from the Municipal Golf Course.

Sara Elizabeth Low was a native of Batesville. She was a flight attendant for American Airlines who was killed in the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001 when terrorists flew her plane, American Airlines Flight 11, into the North Tower of the World Trade Center. She was 28.
