9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Funeral for retired FDNY EMS Lt. Cemal Cengiz

FDNY EMS Lt. Cemal “Joe” Cengiz has died, shortly after his retirement.
His funeral will be held on Saturday, October 26, 2019 at 9:00am at the Crimean Mosque in Brooklyn.
Burial will follow at Long Island National Cemetery.
