9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Fundraiser to benefit PO Christopher Freda

On June 17, 2017 Christopher Freda suffered a severe neck injury while playing the FDNY in a charity rugby match.
To help him with the medical bills (which insurance only partly covered) Chris’s colleagues are holding a fundraiser from 7:00pm until 11:00pm on Thursday, November 2, 2017 at Mulcahy’s Pub in Wantagh.
The entry fee is $60.00, which includes a 3-hour open bar and music by Jameson’s Revenge.
