9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Fundraiser for the Family of Lt. Frank Visconti (NYPD, ret.)

There will be a 10-13 fundraiser for retired Lieutenant Frank Visconti on Wednesday, July 11, 2012, from 6:00pm to 10:00pm at the Pine Restaurant in the Bronx.
Lieutenant Visconti passed away suddenly on April 5, 2012. He is survived by a wife and 2 children aged 13 and 9, both of whom were attending parochial school. The only benefit that remained for the family was 6 months paid “Cobra” medical insurance. His pension and his salary from his new job both ceased upon his death.
A $45.00 donation at the door will help Frank’s family and you can enjoy a 3-hour buffet dinner, beer, wine and soda (a cash bar will be available), music donated by DJ Ret P.O. Chavez, formerly of the 48 Precinct. There will be raffles and a 50/50.
