9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Friends of Peter C. Alderman Walk and Carnival

The ninth annual Friends of Peter C. Alderman Walk and Carnival will take place this year on Sunday, September 17, 2017 from 3:00pm to 7:00pm at the Fenway Golf Club in White Plains. The day’s festivities will include a walk and carnival, complete with a video game truck, games, and a raffle. The event will be held rain or shine.
You can participate by signing up to walk, making a donation either to support a walker or to support the Friends of Peter C. Alderman, or by buying a carnival ticket.
Walkers should arrive at 3:00pm. Non-walker attendees should arrive at 3:30pm. Please note that you are required to fundraise a minimum of $250.00 in order to walk.

Peter C. Alderman, 25, was a kind-hearted traveler when he was killed by terrorists while attending a conference atop the North Tower of the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001. To continue his legacy of kindness and interest in the world, his parents and sister started the Peter C. Alderman Foundation in his honor to help victims of terrorism, war and genocide around the world.
