9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Flag-Waving – Joppa, MD

On Tuesday, September 11, 2018 from 4:00pm until 6:00pm, a flag-waving remembrance tribute to 9/11 victims and their families will take place in Joppa, Maryland at the Old Mountain Road overpass crossing Interstate 95.
Since the first anniversary of 9/11 in 2002 the flag-waving has become an annual tradition in Harford County, Maryland.
The event is open to the public. There will be plenty of free parking at the park-and-ride lot at Route 152 and the I-95 interchange. Bring your families, friends, and flags.
