The annual Firefighter Fire Museum Cook-Off will take place on Thursday, November 6, 2014 from 6:00pm to 9:00pm at New York’s Fire Museum on Spring Street.

Sample dishes cooked by firefighters from firehouses around the city as they compete for the title “Best FDNY Chef” and enjoy wine or beer from an open bar. There are chances to win fabulous raffle prizes as well.

The judges for the evening include Ted Allen of Chopped; Firefighter Keith Young, who won Throwdown! with Bobby Flay and City Winery’s executive chef Jeff Haskell.
