9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. On Friday, September 5, 2014, at 8:00pm & Sunday, September 7, 2014, at 2:00pm at the White Plains Performing Arts Center, Reality Theatre Productions ™ will present In Session with Dr. Mark Lerner featuring Firefighter Bobby Senn, directed by Jeremy Quinn with music by David Gabriel Lerner.
Reality Theatre Productions ™ is a forum for people to share personal stories to inspire and enlighten. In Session featuring retired Firefighter Bobby Senn, marks the inception of Reality Theatre Productions. Psychologist Dr. Mark D. Lerner and FF Bobby Senn recreate some of their sessions about Bobby’s survival of the terrorist attack on the World Trade Center and his recovery from PTSD.
In Session fosters emotional wellness – an awareness, understanding and acceptance of one’s feelings and an ability to manage challenges, trauma and change. The production gives audiences a remarkable story of a man who has lived through and overcome extraordinary adversity.
Tickets are $30.00 per adult; $20.00 for students. Tickets can be purchased here. All proceeds will be donated to the 9/11 Tribute Center.
