9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. FF Michael Kiefer Educational Grant Awards Deadline

Twelve FF Michael Kiefer Educational Awards worth $500 each are available through the New York Firefighters’ Burn Center Foundation. These grants shall be awarded for various types of schooling, be it academic, technical or a personal interest course. Submission dates are April 15, 2013 – June 15, 2013.
Eligibility is restricted to members of the FDNY, from probationary firefighters to chief officers, including fire marshals, supervising fire marshals, marine engineers, pilots, and wipers.
