9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. FF Dennis P. McHugh 5-K Run/Walk & Family Fair

$20.00 – $30.00On Saturday, April 27, 2013, at 9:30am, the 10th annual Dennis P. McHugh 5-K Run/Walk & Family Fair will be held at Fly Wheel Park in Piermont, NY. The 5-K bgins at 9:30am. The Pee Wee run begins at 10:30am and the Family Fair runs from 11:00am to 3:00pm.
Pre-registration costs $20.00. To register on race day costs $30.00. Funds raised will support the Homes for Heroes Project in Rockland County, which has begun construction on two buildings on the grounds of Camp Shanks that will provide rental units for honorably discharged disabled and displaced veterans.
In addition to the Run/Walk, there will be games, rides, Irish dancing, a DJ, refreshments and more.
