9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. FDNY Lieutenant Charles Garbarini Memorial Scholarship application deadline

Applications are now available for a $1,000 scholarship for Milltown resident high school seniors in honor of FDNY Lieutenant Charles Garbarini.
Lt. Garbarini was killed while responding to the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001.The Milltown Fire Department sponsors the scholarship to remember him.
