9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. FDNY Firefighter Andrew Dipadova needs blood and platelets. Firefighter Dipadova is a patient at Memorial Sloane Kettering and needs regular transfusions as part of his treatment.
Anyone who can donate blood or platelets please turn out. To make an appointment to donate blood or platelets, please call 212-639-8177 or 212-639-7648. In order for your donation to go to Andrew, you must donate blood in the Blood Donor Room at Memorial Sloane Kettering.
