FDNY Fire Family Transport Foundation Dinner
February 27, 2015 @ 7:00 pm - 11:00 pm
The third annual dinner fundraiser for the FDNY Fire Family Transport Foundation will take place on Saturday, February 27, 2015 at Russo’s on the Bay in Queens. The cocktail hour begins at 7:00pm with dinner following.
Tickets cost $100.00 per person and are available by emailing rcannon@firefamilytransport.org. Tables seat 14 and can be shared.
The FDNY Fire Family Transport Foundation began with one van in 1993 and started taking sick and injured firefighters to and from medical appointments and fire families to visit hospitalized firefighters. They also transport fire families to funerals. Now, they have 25 vans and, with so many firefighters gravely ill from their work at the World Trade Center, the need is growing. The FDNY Fire Family Transport Foundation is entirely volunteer-run.
For more information, please call Richard at 917-577-1173 or Gene at 845-825-4114.
