9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Display a blue lightbulb to honor emergency personnel

In honor of the 18th anniversary of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, a number of U.S. communities are holding a silent tribute to law enforcement, fire and emergency medical personnel by replacing a regular lightbulb in a front window or on a front porch with a blue one and illuminating the blue lights from September 8, 2018 through September 11, 2018.
In some communities, blue lightbulbs are available at local churches.
