9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. The Fires and Drums Foundation was created in honor of FDNY FF William Tolley of L-135, who was killed in the line of duty on April 20, 2017. Its mission is to support firefighters, police officers, EMS workers, and military personnel in the NY area.
