9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Detective Steven McDonald Memorial Mass

A Mass marking the one-year anniversary of the death of Detective Steven McDonald will be held at Rockville Centre’s St. Agnes Cathedral from 7:00pm until 9:00pm on Wednesday, January 10, 2018.
Detective McDonald was a beloved NYPD officer who was paralyzed in the line of duty. He forgave his shooter and became an inspiration to the NYPD. Close friends with Father Mychal Judge, McDonald started and led the Father Mychal Judge Walk until his death.
