9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. The Detective Rafael Ramos Foundation Night of Salsa benefitting the Foundation’s annual memorial backpack & school supply giveaway is back! Join them on Saturday, August 24, 2019, at 7:00pm for a great evening for a great cause.
A donation of $20.00 includes appetizers and live music at Norwind’s Bar & Restaurant in Bushwick. The MC will be J.W. Cortés. DJ will be Al Rohas. There will be live music by La Jara.
NYPD Detective Rafael Ramos and his partner Detective WenJian Liu were shot and killed in the line of duty on December 20, 2014.
