9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Deadline for submissions to Staten Island anniversary video to be shown at Postcards Memorial
August 1, 2015 - August 7, 2015
This year, the Staten Island anniversary ceremony at the Postcards Memorial will include a video of special family moments since the terrorist attacks. Families who lost loved ones in the terrorist attack of September 11, 2001 are asked to send photos and descriptions of recent family events such as weddings, births, and college acceptances for inclusion in the video to Borough President Oddo’s office at abasile@statenislandusa.com by Friday, August 7, 2015.
All of the September 11th community and all Staten Islanders are welcome to attend the memorial ceremony on Friday, September 11, 2015 at 6:30pm at the Postcards Memorial, on the water near the Staten Island Ferry terminal.
