9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Columbia Association Scholarship Dinner Dance

The Columbia Association of the FDNY will hold its 84th annual Scholarship Dinner Dance on Wednesday, June 20, 2018, at Russo’s on the Bay in Queens.
The President’s Award will be presented to Joanne Barbara, the widow of FDNY Battalion Chief Gerard A. Barbara, who was killed in the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001.
