Bon Appetit Magazine’s Hurricane Sandy Relief Benefit
December 7, 2012 @ 7:30 pm - 10:30 pm
City Grit culinary salon will host the Bon Appetit Do-Your-Part Dinner Series to help small food establishments. For two nights, thirteen of our country’s most talented and recognized chefs are coming together for the first — and possibly only — time ever.
100% of the profits will go to the New York Mayor’s Fund to be specially allotted to the needs of small food businesses.
Each chef will provide one of the five courses for each dinner, accompanied by wine pairings chosen by Talitha Whidbee of Vine Wine in Brooklyn. The night will be kicked off with a cocktail hour provided by Pernod Ricard.
The meal is $300.00, with wine pairings included.
The December 7th menu will feature the cooking of:
John Besh (New Orleans chef/restaurateur)
Danny Bowien (Mission Chinese in New York and San Francisco)
Dan Kluger (ABC Kitchen in New York City)
Naomi Pomeroy (Beast in Portland, Oregon)
Andy Ricker (Pok Pok in New York City and Portland, Oregon)
City Grit
