9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Christopher D. Mello Memorial Golf Outing

The annual Christopher D. Mello Memorial Golf Outing will take place on Monday, October, 6 2014 at the Apawamis Club in Rye, NY.
Registration begins at 11:00am. The shotgun start will be at 12:30pm. The format for the day’s golf is modified scramble.
The fee to golf is $500.00 per person, which includes golf, cart, caddy, lunch, and dinner reception. To register, please click here. Funds raised will support children from indigent one-parent families. To learn more, please click here.

Christopher D. Mello, 25, was aboard American Airlines Flight 11 on the morning of September 11, 2001. Flight 11 was the first plane to be hijacked by terrorists that day. He was a handsome and athletic young man; a successful financial analyst who dreamed of becoming a cartoonist.
