9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Children’s 9/11 book event – Flushing, NY

The Queens Historical Society is hosting a free 9/11 children’s workshop on Saturday, September 13, 2014 at 1:00pm.
The program will focus on September Roses, a children’s book by Jeanette Winter. September Roses is based on a true story about the aftermath of the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center.
