9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Ceremony – Haverstraw, NY

The public is invited to Rockland County’s observance of the 13th anniversary of the September 11th terrorist attacks at Haverstraw Bay Park.
The ceremony starts at 8:30am on Thursday, September 11, 2014, pausing for a moment of silence at 8:46am, the moment the first plane struck the North Tower. At 9:03am, the moment Flight 175 struck Tower Two, the names of the 81 Rockland County victims of the 2001 and 1993 World Trade Center attacks will be read.
Rockland County Marine Corps League will be hosting the commemoration with a color guard, firing detail and bugler
