9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Celic Run Fundraiser
August 21, 2014
The fundraiser for the 38th annual Marty and Tom Celic 4-Mile Run will be held at the Randall Manor Tavern in Staten Island on Thursday, August 21, 2014. The time will be announced soon.
All funds raised will help to fund the track scholarship in honor of the Celic brothers at Monsignor Farrell High School, where both Marty and Tom ran. Marty, an FDNY firefighter, was killed in the line of duty at a fire in 1976, and his younger brother Tom was killed in the 9/11 terrorist attacks while working for Marsh & McLennan in the World Trade Center.
