Carl Bini Fund’s Evening of Exotic Food

January 11, 2018 @ 7:00 pm - 11:00 pm

The Carl Bini Fund present their third annual Evening of Exotic Food on Thursday, January 11, 2018, from 7:00pm until 11:00pm at Staten Island’s Old Bermuda Inn.

An array of unusual foods will be available, including alligator, wild boar, bison, elk, pheasant, rabbit, squab, quail, and venison, provided by Montalbano’s Italian Specialities. The evening will also feature a scotch tasting, an open bar, raffles and a cigar table.

The cost to attend is $95.00 per person. For tickets, please visit the Bini website or call 718-412-1851. Some sponsorship packages are still available.

Carl Vincent Bini was a firefighter with the FDNY’s elite Rescue 5 in Staten Island. He loved his community and the people in it. He was killed in the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001. The foundation in his name helps Staten Islanders in many ways, among them Carl’s House, a resource for addicts and their families, and Hurricane Sandy relief.
