October 12, 2013 @ 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm
The third annual Captain James Corrigan Memorial Foundation benefit will be held from 2:00pm to 6:00pm on Saturday, October 12, 2013 at the Bungalow Bar in Rockaway Beach.
A $50.00 donation at the door includes open bar, live music and food. There will also be raffles, a silent auction, and a 50/50.
The Foundation helps sick children in the name of retired Captain James Corrigan of the FDNY, who saved children from the day care center at the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001.
One of this year’s children is Jack Foley, who was born with half a heart. Read about Jack here. Jack’s uncle, FF Michael Kiefer, was also killed in the terrorist attacks.
