9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Bronx Florian’s Knights Rumble for Ronald – Valhalla, NY-Nanuet, NY

The Bronx chapter of Florian’s Knights, a group of FDNY firefighters who ride motorcycles for charity will hold a toy drive and fundraiser for the Ronald McDonald House of the Hudson Valley and Rockland Homes for Heroes on Saturday, October 20, 2018. Registration begins at 9:30am and runs through 10:45am; kickstands go up at 11:00am.
The police-escorted ride will begin at the Ronald McDonald House of the Greater Hudson Valley in Valhalla and end at Hudson Valley Harley Davidson in Nanuet.
The cost to participate is $20.00 per rider with an unwrapped toy; $40.00 per rider with no toy; and $10.00 per passenger.
Also part of the day will be raffles, a 50/50, a silent auction, and live music by ‘The Remedy’.
An after-party with food and drinks will be held from 12:00pm to 4:30pm is open to all families and children can come in free. It has free pumpkin painting and costume party for the kids. There is a $10.00 after-party charge for those aged 18 and over.
Additional toy donations are encouraged.
