9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. The schedule for the Boston 2017 anniversary commemoration events this year

8:30am, Monday, September 11, 2017 – Flag Lowering, Moment of Silence and Reading of Names on the Massachusetts State House lawn.

9:30am, Monday, September 11, 2017 – Commemoration Observation & Presentation of the Madeline Amy Sweeney Award for Civilian Bravery in the House Chambers at the Massachusetts State House. (By invitation only)

1:00pm, Monday, September 11, 2017 – Wreath-Laying Ceremony Boston Public Garden, 9/11 Contemplative Garden

Please note that in the event of rain, names will be read during the Commemoration Observation ceremony inside the State House. Please visit the Mass Fund website for weather-related changes to the program.
