9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Blood Drive, White Plains, NY

There will be a blood drive in memory of the victims of the September 11th terrorist attacks from 9:00am to 4:00pm on Wednesday, September 11, 2013 at the Westchester County Center in White Plains.
Donations can be scheduled every 15 minutes, with the last appointment scheduled for 3:45pm.
Anyone between the ages of 16 and 76, weighing at least 110 pounds, is a potential donor.
