Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Benefit Gaelic football match for shot NYPD officers Andrew Dossi and Aliro Pellerano

On Friday, June 12, 2015 at 7:00pm, the NYPD and FDNY Gaelic football teams will play a benefit match for two NYPD police officers who face lengthy recoveries after being shot in January.

The proceeds from the match will go to Police Officer Andrew Dossi and Police Officer Aliro Pellerano of the 46th Precinct Anti-Crime Team who were shot while responding to an armed robbery on January 5, 2015. Officer Dossi, who is an Army veteran who served two tours in Iraq, was shot in the arm and back. Officer Pellerano was shot in the arm and the abdomen.
