9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Battle of the Badges 2012

Due to Hurricane Sandy, the Battle of the Badges, originally scheduled for Friday, November 9, 2012, will now be held on Saturday, December 8, 2012 at 8:00pm at Madison Square Garden, the FDNY Bravest Boxing and the NYPD Fighting Finest will fight in the 30th annual Battle of the Badges.
As in years past, the Bravest boxing team will be donating proceeds to a wounded veteran. This year they will assist US Marine Corporal Greg Caron, who lost both legs after stepping on an IED. The funds will be used to build a home for Corporal Caron to fit his new needs.
Tickets are $30.00, $50.00, and $65.00 for VIP ringside seats. Tickets are available at the Madison Square Garden box office, from Ticketmaster and from any team member.
