9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Memorial Service, Avon, CT

The Avon Volunteer Fire Department will hold its annual memorial service honoring the victims of the 2001 terrorist attacks at 8:30am on Wednesday, September 11, 2013 at the Company One building.
Members of the Connecticut Firefighters Pipes and Drums will perform together with the Avon High School Rhapsody Group.
