9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Army-FDNY 9/11 Ceremony – Bayside, NY

The Army at Fort Totten, under the Command of Colonel Robert Cooley, will honor fallen FDNY members FM Ronald Bucca, Lt. Andrew Fredericks, FF Michael D. Mullan, FF Mark Whitford, and FF Shawn Powell. These firefighters were also servicemen with the US Army, and all were killed in the line of duty in the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001.
This year’s ceremony will be held on Sunday, September 13, 2015 at 11:00am. The Army is requesting FDNY members to join them in formation during the ceremony. Interested FDNY firefighters should contact Queens Borough Command.
