9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. The Angels’ Circle WTC Memorial Ceremony will be held at 8:00pm on Tuesday, September 11, 2012,
Families of victims, survivors and recovery workers are welcome to help hang angel ornaments – one for every 9/11 victim – on the Douglas fir tree at the center of Angels’ Circle on the 11th anniversary of the attacks.
