9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Angels’ Circle Ceremony – Staten Island, NY

Angels’ Circle welcomes the community to their 14th annual ceremony to honor the victims of the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001 on Thursday, September 10, 2015 at 7:00pm.
The hour-long ceremony will include a reading of names of the lost, music and three speakers.
Angels’ Circle has been refurbished. There are new plantings of flowers, a new flag and lanterns.
